Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Refund Conditions

• Only perfumes with at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle are eligible for a refund.
• We do not refund delivery or return shipping charges — only the cost of the perfume itself will be refunded.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
